Heller

Heller is the American design brand behind Swell, the wave-shaped wall catchall by designer and California surfer Anna Dawson. Heller spotted her prototype at WantedDesign in 2022 and launched it at ICFF in 2023, in collaboration with MoMA; the smaller Swell Mini followed in 2025. Both hang on the wall and hold everyday things, from coats and bags to keys and glasses, which makes them a practical fit for a Hong Kong entryway. Everything here right now is brand new: unused and never installed.

The story

Anna Dawson for Heller

Anna Dawson is a RISD-trained designer and California surfer. Heller spotted her Swell prototype at WantedDesign during NYCxDesign in 2022, and a year later launched it at ICFF, in collaboration with MoMA. Its wave-shaped curves have since picked up a Domino decor award (2023) and an Apartment Therapy Small/Cool award (2024). Swell Mini followed in 2025.
