Holds, deposits & viewings
Every piece at Tack, tack! is pre-loved or limited, so here's how we keep things fair.
- Holds need a deposit. Messages, likes and comments don't reserve an item. It's yours once we've received your deposit or full payment. First paid, first served.
- Deposit and hold length by price:

- Deposits are non-refundable if you change your mind, but they go 100% toward your purchase. If the item turns out to be materially different from our photos and description when you view it, or we can't hand it over, we refund your deposit in full.
- The balance is due before pickup or delivery, by FPS, PayMe or bank transfer. Items are released once payment clears.
- Pickup & delivery: self-pickup is by appointment. Large furniture goes by movers, quoted separately and paid with the balance. Please check lift and stair access and the measurements. If a hold expires without payment, the item goes back on sale and the deposit is kept.
- Viewings: free, by appointment (30 min). A viewing doesn't hold an item, so place a deposit first if you don't want to miss it.
- Multi-unit items (e.g. several of the same lamp) follow the same rules per unit.
- No returns. All sales are final, so ask us anything and we'll send extra photos and measurements before you buy. Nothing here affects your rights under Hong Kong law.
Pieces are sold across our channels (website, Instagram, Threads, Carousell) at the same time. If something sells before we confirm your order, we refund you in full within 2 working days.
留貨、訂金及預約睇貨
Tack, tack! 每件貨品都是二手或數量有限，為公平起見，請留意以下安排：
- 留貨須付訂金。私訊、讚好或留言均不代表留貨；收到訂金或全數款項後才確認屬於你，先付先得。
- 訂金及留貨期（按售價）：

- 如改變主意，訂金恕不退還，但訂金會全數用作抵扣貨款。如睇貨時發現貨品與相片及描述有重大出入，或我們未能交收，訂金將全數退還。
- 餘款須於自取或送貨前付清，接受 FPS 轉數快、PayMe 或銀行轉帳，確認收款後方可交收。
- 自取及送貨：預約自取。大型傢俬由搬運公司運送，運費另報價並連同餘款繳付；請預先確認升降機、樓梯及尺寸。留貨期屆滿仍未付清餘款，貨品將重新發售，訂金不設退還。
- 預約睇貨：免費，須預約（約 30 分鐘）。睇貨不代表留貨，如不想錯過，請先付訂金。
- 同款多件貨品（例如數盞相同的燈）亦按每件計算以上安排。
- 恕不退換。所有交易一經確認即作實；購買前歡迎查詢，我們樂意提供更多相片及尺寸。本條款不影響你在香港法律下的權利。
貨品同時於網站、Instagram、Threads 及 Carousell 發售。如在確認訂單前貨品已售出，我們會於 2 個工作天內全數退款。
