How do I buy something?點樣購買？
Tap the WhatsApp button on the piece you like. We'll confirm availability, send extra photos if you'd like, and share payment details. Once your payment or deposit arrives, it's yours.
在喜歡的貨品頁按 WhatsApp 按鈕，我們會確認存貨、按需要提供更多相片，並提供付款資料。收到付款或訂金後，貨品就屬於你。
Can you hold a piece for me?可以幫我留貨嗎？
Yes, with a deposit. Under HK$1,500 we take full payment; HK$1,500–9,999 needs a 30% deposit (held up to 7 days); HK$10,000+ needs 20% (min. HK$3,000, up to 14 days). Messages and likes don't hold items.
可以，須付訂金。HK$1,500 以下須全數付款；HK$1,500–9,999 須付 30% 訂金（最多留 7 天）；HK$10,000 或以上須付 20%（最少 HK$3,000，最多留 14 天）。私訊及讚好不代表留貨。
Which payment methods do you accept?接受哪些付款方式？
FPS, PayMe and bank transfer. We don't take card payments online, and there's no checkout on the site.
接受 FPS 轉數快、PayMe 及銀行轉帳。網站不設網上付款或信用卡付款。
What do the condition grades mean?品相評級代表甚麼？
We use five steps: Brand new, Near mint, Excellent, Good and Fair. Each listing adds notes on any marks, wear or missing parts. Ask and we'll send close-ups.
我們分五級：全新、近乎全新、極佳、良好及一般。每件貨品都會註明痕跡、磨損或缺件；歡迎索取近照。
Can I see a piece before buying?購買前可以睇貨嗎？
Yes. Viewings are free and by appointment (about 30 minutes). A viewing doesn't hold the item, so place a deposit if you don't want to miss it.
可以。睇貨免費，須預約（約 30 分鐘）。睇貨不代表留貨，如不想錯過，請先付訂金。
Do you deliver?有送貨服務嗎？
Yes, anywhere in Hong Kong. Small pieces can go by courier; large furniture goes by movers. We quote before you pay.
有，全港送貨。細件可安排速遞，大型傢俬由搬運公司運送，運費會在付款前報價。
Where do I pick up?在哪裡自取？
Pickup is by appointment. We'll agree a time on WhatsApp and share the address when you book.
預約自取。我們會經 WhatsApp 約定時間，並於確認後提供地址。
Will lamps work in Hong Kong?燈飾在香港適用嗎？
Hong Kong runs on 220V with UK-style plugs. For every lamp we'll tell you exactly which cord set, fitting and bulb are included, and whether you need an adaptor or an electrician. Just ask before you buy.
香港電壓為 220V，使用英式插頭。每盞燈我們都會清楚說明包括哪種電線、燈座及燈泡，以及是否需要轉插或電工安裝，購買前歡迎查詢。
Can I return an item?可以退貨嗎？
All sales are final, which is why we're generous with photos, measurements and answers before you buy. If a piece is materially different from its description when you view it, we refund your deposit in full. This doesn't affect your rights under Hong Kong law.
所有交易一經確認即作實，所以購買前我們樂意提供更多相片、尺寸及解答。如睇貨時發現貨品與描述有重大出入，訂金將全數退還。本條款不影響你在香港法律下的權利。
Why did a piece sell while I was asking?點解我查詢期間貨品已售出？
We sell on the website, Instagram, Threads and Carousell at the same time, and the first paid order wins. If something sells before we confirm your order, we refund you in full within 2 working days.
我們同時在網站、Instagram、Threads 及 Carousell 發售，先付先得。如在確認訂單前貨品已售出，我們會於 2 個工作天內全數退款。
When do new pieces arrive?幾時有新貨？
Every Thursday at 8pm (Fresh Thursday). Follow @tacktackstudio on Instagram or Threads for first looks.
