Pickup by appointment
- By appointment only. We'll agree a time on WhatsApp and share the pickup address when you book.
- Items are handed over once payment has cleared (FPS, PayMe or bank transfer).
- Please bring a bag or box for small pieces, and check your car or taxi can fit larger ones.
- Under HK$1,500, please collect within 7 days of paying. For held pieces, collect before your hold ends (see holds & deposits).
Delivery
- Small pieces (lamps, clocks, objects) can go by courier or local delivery. We quote the cost on WhatsApp before you pay.
- Large furniture goes by movers, quoted separately and paid together with the balance.
- Before booking, please check measurements, doorways, lift size and stairs. If there's no lift, let us know the number of floors so the quote is right.
- Paper lanterns such as AKARI fold flat for transport and are easy to carry.
Viewings
Viewings are free and by appointment (about 30 minutes). A viewing doesn't hold an item, so if you don't want to miss it, place a deposit first.
預約自取
- 須預約。我們會經 WhatsApp 約定時間，並於確認後提供自取地址。
- 確認收款（FPS 轉數快、PayMe 或銀行轉帳）後即可交收。
- 細件貨品請自備袋或盒；大件貨品請先確認私家車或的士放得落。
- HK$1,500 以下貨品請於付款後 7 天內自取；已留貨的貨品請於留貨期內自取（詳見留貨及訂金安排）。
送貨
- 細件貨品（燈、掛鐘、擺設等）可安排速遞或本地送貨，運費會在付款前經 WhatsApp 報價。
- 大型傢俬由搬運公司運送，運費另報價，連同餘款一併繳付。
- 預約前請先確認尺寸、門口闊度、升降機大小及樓梯。如沒有升降機，請告訴我們樓層，方便準確報價。
- AKARI 等和紙燈可以摺平運送，攜帶方便。
